Dahi Wada – Most Famous Street Food in Indore, Madhya Pradesh
Dahi vada is a sort of chaat (snack) originating from the Indian subcontinent and popular throughout South Asia. it’s prepared by soaking Wadas (fried flour balls) in thick dahi.
Washed urad lentils are soaked overnight and ground into a batter for the vada, then cooked in hot oil. the recent deep-fried wadas are first put in water then transferred to thick beaten yogurt. The Wadas are soaked for a period of your time before serving. Additions to the batter may include golden raisins. Vadas could also be topped with coriander or mint leaves, flavorer, crushed black pepper, chaat masala, cumin, shredded coconut, green chilis, boondi, thinly sliced fresh ginger or pomegranate. Sweeter curd is preferred in some places in India, especially in Maharashtra and Gujarat, although the garnishing remains an equivalent. a mixture of coriander and tamarind chutneys is usually used as a garnish. The batter is often made using chick meal too
